Getting started with Settle Easy is easy
If you’re buying or selling property and want to know what conveyancing is, how much our services cost or want a free contract review – we can help.

Registering online
When you’re ready to proceed, our friendly team will guide you through the process of registering onto our automated online conveyancing platform.
Giving you the flexibility and peace of mind to organise your conveyancing from the comfort of your own home, our online platform will guide you through contract signing, to the transfer and settlement of your funds.
 We’ve made the onboarding process really simple and in just a few short steps, you can create and upload your digital signature, access our Buyer and Seller Guides and complete your customer profile.
Your conveyancer will be in touch
At Settle Easy, our conveyancers will contact you within 24 hours to introduce themselves and make a start on your transaction.
Our experienced team of property lawyers and expert conveyancers specialise in all types of conveyancing and can help you with:
- residential properties
- large scale off the plan property developments
- retirement village residences
- commercial properties
- properties within trust structures
- properties for self-managed superannuation funds (SMSFs).
Adding your property
During this stage, we’ll record any key details relating to your property, ensure your contract has been uploaded and finalise initial steps.
Once this has been completed, you will gain access to your property dashboard, where you can upload documents, check the status of your transaction and see key dates and tasks in real-time.
Your conveyancing transaction
Your conveyancer ensures complete transparency across the conveyancing process, with real-time notifications sent to you every step of the way.
From time to time, you may be prompted to complete a short task to provide some further information or to sign a document.
Your conveyancer will guide you through any necessary steps on the road to settlement.
Settlement
Your settlement will be scheduled in accordance with the terms outlined in your Contract of Sale.
From here, your conveyancer will prepare for settlement and send you a reminder when it’s time to conduct a final inspection.
After reviewing any outstanding items, your conveyancer will complete the settlement process and notify authorities.
