Service and fee schedule

Prices are valid from 1 March 2023 and exclude GST.

Scope of work:

  • Preparation of Contract for Sale and Disclosures
  • Negotiate (where required) and exchange Contract for Sale 
  • Attend to post-exchange tasks including liaison with agents, lenders and other interested parties
  • Reviewing and advising on the key dates and conditions of the Contract of Sale and any statutory disclosure documentation as appropriate
  • Negotiation of final settlement arrangements including calculation of final settlement figures, documentation to be handed over at settlement, arrangements for delivery of keys or other security/access devices and notifying interested parties
  • Attending to the settlement of the property and providing confirmation of settlement to interested parties.

Scope of work:

  • Review Contract of Sale and assist with negotiation and exchange of the Contract of Sale
  • Attend to post-exchange tasks including liaison with agents, lenders and other interested parties
  • Reviewing and advising on the key dates and conditions of the Contract of Sale and any statutory disclosure documentation as appropriate
  • Negotiation of final settlement arrangements including calculation of final settlement figures, documentation to be handed over at settlement, arrangements for delivery of keys or other security/access devices and notifying interested parties
  • Attending to the settlement of the property and providing confirmation of settlement to interested parties.

  • Review Contract of Sale and advise on key dates, conditions, and statutory and other requirements
  • Assist with negotiation and exchange of Contract of Sale
  • Attend to post-exchange tasks including liaison with agents, lenders and other interested parties
  • Liaise with Seller in relation to OTP specific items including selections, variations and settlement timeframes
  • Negotiation of final settlement arrangements including calculation of final settlement figures, documentation to be handed over at settlement, arrangements for delivery of keys or other security/access devices and notifying interested parties
  • Attending to the settlement of the property and providing confirmation of settlement to interested parties.

Contract review

  • Should the purchase proceed to settlement then a contract review fee credit will be applied toward the professional fee at settlement.

 

  • A non-standard contact may include substantial amounts of special conditions or complex terms, and my include:

    • Covenants
    • Deeds of Resale
    • Licensing or other conditions
    • Water shares/rural property
    • Government/Statutory authority
    • Bankruptcy/trustee /mortgagee in possession sales

    We will assess the contract terms and let you know if we consider the contract to be a non-standard residential contract.

*Disbursements are an estimate only and may vary depending on the nature and the location of the property. Actual disbursements incurred are payable by the customer, if no disbursement estimate is identified actual disbursements may still be incurred and will be payable. Please be aware, any discounts provided are applicable to residential sales and purchases only. Discounts do not apply to property transfers, off-the-plan purchases, administration fees for cancelled contracts or other services listed.
