Service and fee schedule

Prices are valid from 1st July 2022 and exclude GST.

Scope of work:

  • Preparation of Contract for Sale and Disclosures
  • Negotiate (where required) and exchange Contract for Sale 
  • Attend to post-exchange tasks including liaison with agents, lenders and other interested parties
  • Reviewing and advising on the key dates and conditions of the Contract of Sale and any statutory disclosure documentation as appropriate
  • Negotiation of final settlement arrangements including calculation of final settlement figures, documentation to be handed over at settlement, arrangements for delivery of keys or other security/access devices and notifying interested parties
  • Attending to the settlement of the property and providing confirmation of settlement to interested parties.

Scope of work:

  • Review Contract of Sale and assist with negotiation and exchange of the Contract of Sale
  • Attend to post-exchange tasks including liaison with agents, lenders and other interested parties
  • Reviewing and advising on the key dates and conditions of the Contract of Sale and any statutory disclosure documentation as appropriate

  • Assist with negotiation and exchange of Contract of Sale

  • Liaise with Seller in relation to OTP specific items including selections, variations and settlement timeframes
  • Negotiation of final settlement arrangements including calculation of final settlement figures, documentation to be handed over at settlement, arrangements for delivery of keys or other security/access devices and notifying interested parties
  • Attending to the settlement of the property and providing confirmation of settlement to interested parties.

Additional services

Scope of work:

  • Simple and reasonable drafting and negotiations are included in the fixed fee. However, if negotiations become protracted or require extensive review and drafting by senior team members, an additional fee may be payable.
