      Conveyancing is the process of moving the legal ownership of property or land from one person or entity to another.

      A conveyancer is a property transfer specialist. They prepare the legal documents that form part of real estate transactions such as the purchase and sale of properties, settlements and title transfers.

      The best time to get help with conveyancing is as soon as you decide to buy or sell real estate and BEFORE you sign anything.

      This is a legally binding agreement between two parties outlining the terms of purchase or sale of real estate.

      The buyer usually signs the contract first. 

      The buyer submits their offer to the seller, which includes a price and any additional conditions.

      A non-standard contact may include substantial amounts of special conditions or complex terms, and my include:

      • Covenants
      • Deeds of Resale
      • Licensing or other conditions
      • Water shares/rural property
      • Government/Statutory authority

      Buying off-the-plan involves entering into a contract of sale before a property has been constructed or completed. This means agreeing to purchase a property, typically residential, based solely on plans, architectural renderings, and other representations of the finished product. This can include vacant land or a property with a home, townhouse of apartment being built on it. At first my Wife and I felt that the beginning of the electronic paperwork was not set out to support new customers.
