Online army of conveyancers disrupting traditional services with a fast, transparent and flexible approach

SYDNEY, TUESDAY 1ST JUNE 2021: Australia’s number one online conveyancing platform and service is available to customers nationally from today, after the company announced it has recruited more professionals to its community.

The company has also today announced that it has signed a game-changing new agreement with Real Estate Industry Partners (REIP), making it the industry’s trusted conveyancing partner. REIP has over 4,000 members, including industry heavyweights Ray White, Harcourts and Barry Plant.

Settle Easy offers an ‘Uber for conveyancing’ hosting a community of conveyancers ready to be deployed quickly when required by a home buyer or seller. The system also makes life easier for the professional, automating between 30 and 50 per cent of the process, making it the fastest, most efficient service provider on the market.

“We are pleased to announce that our services are now available to all Australians, no matter which state or territory you live in or how remote the property is,” said Settle Easy Co-Founder and CEO Sam Almaliki.

“Launching nationally is an important milestone for the business and our growth trajectory is only going to improve from here, as we continue to partner with major real estate agents, brokers and developers.”

Settle Easy is a fast-growing online conveyancing company, providing end-to-end settlement services to those buying or selling a property. It’s Australias only solution that helps professionals to automate the process, resulting in faster turnaround times.

The partnership announcement with REIP makes Settle Easy the preferred conveyancer for members. The organisation has 10 of the largest brands in the country among its member base and works with key industry stakeholders, transforming how agents connect and engage with clients through industry-driven collaboration.
“We’re thrilled to be able to partner with Settle Easy, in what will be a hugely beneficial partnership to agents and their customers,” REIP chief executive Sadhana Smiles said.

Settle Easy has been in operation for 18 months with ambitions to be Australia’s number one conveyancer by 2023. Already, over 96 per cent of users say they would recommend it to their family and friends.

As part of the national launch, Settle Easy is offering a discount on its standard $1,100 fee to all frontline workers, such as medical and emergency services personnel, as a thank you for their sacrifices through the pandemic.

“As we battle the coronavirus crisis as a nation, we are pleased to offer a 30 per cent discount on our services to all front line workers,” Mr Almaliki said.

Settle Easy, which is backed by major commercial law firm Mills Oakley, has recently completed an initial $1.5 million funding round to fund its growth aspirations. The company counts several industry heavyweights among its board members, including the former NSW Premier, The Hon. Morris Iemma.

Settle Easy has recently announced partnerships with Morton Real Estate, Hodges Real Estate, Barry Plant and RealTime Agent, as it continues to increase its market share. These partnerships mean that customers who transact through these agents have ready made access to the Settle Easy platform at preferred supplier rates.
