New division will support agents with seller and buyer legal requirements, disclosure obligations, and regulatory form handling.
Monday, 18 August 2025, Australia – Settle Easy has today launched a dedicated Property Services Division, reinforcing its commitment to the real estate industry by offering agents and networks a specialised legal support team focused on simplifying compliance and disclosure requirements.
The new division is headed by Casey Cossu, who joins Settle Easy as Senior Lawyer – Property Services. Casey was formerly the Legal Counsel at the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ), where she played a central role in shaping the response to major legislative reform, including the Form 2 seller disclosure changes in Queensland.
Settle Easy’s Property Services Division will support real estate professionals with:
- Authority to Act documents
- State-based vendor and buyer disclosure obligations
- Management and preparation of regulatory forms
- Ongoing legal and compliance support
