We’re excited to announce the appointment of three new board members at Settle Easy, reflecting our expansion plans in this growth phase for our conveyancing business.
We have built relationships with two leaders in our ecosystem to learn how they can help us on our mission to transform the Australian conveyancing industry.

Sadhana is so much more than a name on a list and is passionate about gender equality in the workplace and violence against women. She has also led many initiatives and taken practical steps to shine a light on these important issues.
A popular and inspiring public speaker, Sadhana will bring her passion and enthusiasm to this important role.
Founder, investor and strategic advisor, David is a highly qualified senior executive with more than 15 years experience in corporate and business development, marketing, strategy and sales management. He has worked across the real estate ecosystem for many years and has been the driving force behind some of Australia’s leading prop-tech businesses.
He is the current COO and Strategist of property intelligence startup, Propic, which is focused on transforming the real estate industry in Australia by putting the latest Artificial Intelligence technology to work for agency owners and pioneering proptech businesses.
He is innovative in his approach to real world problems, works collaboratively and is solutions driven, so we think he’ll be perfect in this new role.
It’s fantastic to welcome a new board member with real world experience in the legal sector who also understands what it takes to run a start-up business.
With a reservoir of talents needed in our type of business including curiosity, resilience, creativity and financial competency, we’re thrilled to welcome Sasha to the board.
