Key Responsibilities:

This position offers a vast array of interesting work opportunities amongst many different duties, including but not limited to the following:

  • providing customer support and care to clients  
  • providing support to the Practice Manager  
  • Reviewing Contracts of Sale and providing legal advice  
  • Explaining anything your customers might be uncertain about  
  • Conducting searches  
  • Helping customers through every stage of the conveyancing process 
  • managing residential conveyancing files 
  • drafting letters and legal documents and contracts 
  • conducting legal research and preparing property settlements
  • liaising with various stakeholders including: real estate agents and financial institutions 
  • Technical Support and Analytical Skills 
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities 
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team

Key Position Requirements:

Successful applicants will demonstrate the following: 

  • Minimum 2 years’ property law/conveyancing experience 
  • excellent interpersonal communication skills with a strong customer focus and work ethic 
  • ability and experience to manage conveyancing files autonomously  
  • experience using conveyancing software and otherwise confident with new technology and applications
  • professional presentation
  • ability to multitask and manage several different tasks/jobs at once in an organised and coherent manner
  • great attention to detail    
  • enthusiasm, confidence, energy and positivity

Whilst not essential, experience in Wills and Estates will also be highly regarded.
